Every shirt is made just for you

Each Me.LOL shirt is printed on demand with the exact domain you chose. That means it's a personalized, made-to-order item — we don't keep STUPID.LOL (or whatever yours says) sitting on a shelf, and we can't resell it to anyone else.

Because of that, personalized shirts are not eligible for return or exchange for change of mind, wrong size, or buyer's remorse. Please use the size chart before ordering — it's there so the shirt you get is the shirt you wanted.

This applies to both our free Standard shirts and our paid Comfort Colors® upgrades.

What we absolutely will make right

We stand behind the product. If any of the following happens, we'll replace it or refund you — your choice:

  • The shirt arrives defective (holes, stitching failure, fabric flaws).
  • We made a printing error (wrong domain, misaligned or faded print that isn't your design).
  • You received the wrong item (wrong size, color, or style versus what you ordered).
  • The package arrived damaged in transit.

To start a claim, email hello@me.lol within 30 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number, and
  2. A clear photo of the issue.

Once we confirm it, we'll ship a corrected replacement at no cost, or refund you in full — whichever you prefer. No need to mail the flawed shirt back unless we ask.

Sizing

Since these are made to order, we can't accept returns for fit. Check the size chart on the product page before you buy. If a shirt arrives in a different size than you ordered, that's our error and is covered above.

Add-ons (the "Finger" and Comfort Colors® upgrades)

Optional upgrades you select at checkout are part of your custom order and follow the same rules: covered for defects and our errors, not for change of mind.

Lost or non-delivered packages

If tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, contact us and we'll help track it down. If a package is genuinely lost in transit (never marked delivered), we'll replace it or refund you.

Cancellations

Because we start printing quickly, cancellation is only possible before your order enters production. Email us right away if you need to cancel — if it hasn't printed yet, we'll cancel and refund in full.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.
